Gems from both kids

Some gems from tonight:

1. Hodayah was sad and complaining that "my bones are pressing against my chest!"  I don't even know what that means.

2. I asked Hillelly "where's big sister?"  He answered "ina bafoom."  I thought to myself "omg!  He's so smart!  How did he understand what I was asking and know how to answer, and know the right answer!!!  He's so super smart!"  But then I found her hiding in the kitchen.  Although, to be fair, she did have to go to the bathroom.

Later, at the table, I was trying to get him to keep his feet off the dinner table and I asked "Hillelly, where do your feet go?!" and he said "ina bafoom." 🤦🏼‍♀️
