Hillelly got a new toy, Spike the Fine Motor Hedgehog.  Hodayah decided it's hers.  

My first thought while playing:. "The quills are the same colors as the ice pops from camp Ma Tov!"

Moshe's first thought:. "It looks like a virus."

King Pharoah

Follow up to a previous post about Pharoah being at a carnival that was part of the Israel Day Parade on Rt 20 in NJ,

Yesterday, while driving home, I spotted, on Rt 4, a very similar looking carnival, and lo, there was a ride - it looked like the boat that swings back and forth and eventually flips over - and it had Pharoah's face on both ends of the boat and it was called "Pharoah's Fury"!  What the wocka?!?!  When I pointed it out to Hodayah this morning, she said she was right.  Pharoah really was there.  Crazy!

Israel Day Parade Marshall

Yesterday, we passed what looked like a pop-up carnival with rides and lights and stuff on Route 20 in NJ. The conversation in the car went like this:

Hodayah: Is that from the Israel Day Parade?
Me: No it's not.
Hodayah, very certain: Yes it is!
Me: I don't think so.
Hodayah: It is. I saw Pharoah there. It is.
Me: Pharoah?! He definitely was not in the Israel Day Parade.
Hodayah: I saw him there. He was a very bad person.
Me: He sure was!
To be fair, Pharoah technically was involved in the Israelites parading out of Egypt. But that's not this.

I got frustrated with the unevenness of this bush that's supposed to be a sphere.  And I have free child labor.  And she loved it!  Such a fun activity for a beautiful day!  (I did the higher branches.  I loved it too.)

I want my nipples back!

Hodayah calls my bra my "nipples".  This morning, she took it from the bathroom before I got out of bed.  I went to the bathroom, and called to her through the door.

Me:. Hodayah, did you take my bra?

H:. Your nipples?

Me:. Yes.  Did you take my nipples?

H:  Yes.  I'm wearing it.

I cracked up.

Me:  I need it.

H:. You want your nipples back?

Me:. Yes please.

I Spy

 ​The following conversation took place in my car today:

Hodayah: I spy with my little eye something green.
Me: a tree!
H: no!
Me: the signs!
H: no!
Me: Paper! Snow! A ghost!

Hillelly laughed a lot. Both did not get my joke.

Hodayah: Just joking. It was brown.
Me: What?!
H: No, blue.
Me: What?!?!
H: And wet.
Me: Yeah...bc why would you have a wet ghost in your fridge?

We all laughed...but not for the same reasons...
