H: Mommy, I want you to work in my school and be a teacher in my class.
Me: But I don't know how to be a teacher.
H: You just tell kids what to do.
Me: But what if I tell them the wrong thing? How do I know what to tell them?
H: You just make a list.
I had no idea it was that simple!
